All applications submitted, MUST be accompanied by a financial money contribution, and/or designated gift selection, located in my tibute page.. All random applications, submitted without financial enhancements, will be denied.
Make sure you read my site before filling out an application and you know what I expect
Always send your tribute First.
Be honest when filling out your application
Make sure you fill everything out correctly. Double check to make sure
Incomplete applications will be discarded. i.e. no tribute, blank spaces, etc
